These five transformed the world of math, but make sure to keep the quiz relevant to the contributions these individuals made to "Mathematical Physics," specifically our understanding of space and time. If you're feeling like Riemann isn't as relevant to space/time as the others, look into euclidean geometry vs. riemann mannifold and Newton scalar vs. Riemann curvature tensor.

Your job is to write a quiz that will help our History of Math team practice their knowledge regarding the history of Quantum Theory. Find the major contributions of the following mathematicians:

Write a matching quiz requiring the quiz taker to match each mathematician to one or two sentences describing their contributions to quantum theory. Make sure to focus on connections to quantum theory, not other fields of physics or math history. That is, for Einstein focus on something like the photoelectric effect, not relativity. For David Hilbert, look into the importance of Hilbert Spaces.
